mxkey experts,may you help me ? - GSM-Forum

yesterday i get a 5130 which is restatrs rendomly.i backup pm-rpl-contects(as customers is needed).after flash restarts problem is solw but though i restor it's contects it's phonebook say empty .and when i chack memory status , there is xxx%.
please correct me where i'm wrong

2 things

1st- phone book already empety

2nd- Backup File crrupted

No way to restore contacts

i keep this phone in test mode and make contect backup with mxkey
then i flash the phone to solw restart problem
after flash restart problem is solw
then i restore contects

restore all in settings
restore the backup again using usb cable
if problem is same
then restore the backup in different s40 series phone
then backup using pc suite
restore it to 5130
ur ppbm solved
