MXKEY install on Windows XP x64 (64bit) PLEASE HELP - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have MXKEY and Windows XP x64 bit edition and drivers are installed OK but SW dont recognize security dongle

. Please help me. You have inf drivers on x64 XP??? I using latest SW mobileEx 3.4 rev 1.8 and not security dongle detected.

Please help

mobileEx 3.4 rev 1.9 already include drivers for x64(AMD_64) system.

cek from Control Panel => Add Or Remove Program if ROCKEY200 Driver
instaled. if not, goto C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers\card\FT2K & install drivers on the list.

if nor work then, your SmartCard Reader need other drivers.
could you please post here you USB VID & PID like this.

or try Reader Drivers from other BOX.!!!!

security donglr not recognize

just unplug dongle then install this driver::Download Driver_setup_English.exe from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

restart computer plug the dongle

continue using mx-key..

with smile ..injoy
