| No security dongle found [Answered] Hi mx key when i connect mxkey it shows no security dongle found i reinstall software 3.4 rev.1.1 two times i changed port and clean card many times i solution plz  |

| simply uninstall and reinstall drivers, make sure you tick the drivers installation when you are installing mxkey v3.4 rev 1.1 after instaliing , check in device manager drivers for your smartcard should show similar to the screen shot below br Last edited by Fast Unlocking; 06-24-2010 at 07:57. |

| I did but same i reinstall full software and tick smartcard drivers uninstall and reinstall. Can u give me sapare drivers link.thanks for fast reply |

| Go to device manager smart card drivers on smart card holder reinstall or update drivers choose to install manualy the drivers have a disk then choose the drivers from this directory: C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers\card\FT2K and choose the driver shown and then over ride the old drivers then should ask you to confirm and it will install both for holder and card device. br PS.
