YOu are doing mistake just like i did.Just look at the front ports and their names.YOu will found a port named ufc.Plug your ufc cable in it and behind ufc3gs ports use jaf port in your hwk box(If you are using hwk like me).I think now your problem should be solved. And by the way use correct pinouts for good results.

Hi,
The UFC3GS should work right out of the box without external power supply for most of Nokia models.

After you connect the power connector the phones you are using can power up ? without any cable attached. If so then we continue to the next test.

To find out the problem we must try to check if the other functions of UFC3GS are working like the TMA mode.
Please test if you can connect a phone using your normal FBUS Cable. Just connect the UFC3GS to your box ( use the appropriate connector ), and use a tested FBUS cable with one of your Nokia phones that you have there.
If this is working then there should be no shortcut or other problems inside the UFC3GS and the problem might be the cable that you are using.
Now if you have a multimeter please check if your UFC cable that you are using is not damaged somehow ( pins touching at the base, RJ45 with bad connection ). Pins can bend and touch each other during transportation and of course UFC3GS won't work anymore.
You can eventually test with an external power supply. In some rare cases, because the computer USB voltage is too low ( maybe an old laptop etc ) this will be required.

Regards
