unlock spv M650 problem [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi all i tray to unlock spv m650 with microbox and when i choose the phone i read this message "copy htc micro-box tool.cab to box and install it" after that the phone stay locked where is the problem please help

Go to support and in /Micro-Box_software/Cab_installation/ you'll have 2 files, install them in your phone then retry.

No it should work ... try to reset your phone and retry. Activesync is connected ?

I copy file in memory card, after that i put the memory card in phone and install it. Because phone have a problem and it don't want to connect with pc. Is it right procedure????

No it's totaly wrong you need it to be connected, Micro-Box will have to communicate with it by cable.
