is BB 7290 unlocking problem sorted yet????[ANSWERED]


I have 7290 and cant unlock and was told will be sorted in next update (maybe) well it isnt.
You gave many reasons ie cable, PC, internet etc etc.

I paid for blackberry on Microbox because I prefer it but when I try same phone on same PC with same cable using polar box it connects, is seen and reads phone BUT because I PAID for blackberry activation on Microbox and not Polarbox i cant unlock it (without also paying Polar)
PLEASE SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM.

I can show logs of micro and polar for comparison if you want.

have you check other BB ? with microbox ?

maybe will be also problem .. can you try and show me

I dont understand why you were not aware as I'm not the only one who reported problem but it seems support likes to to "answered & Solved" without actually resolving issues. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f447...solved-905687/

MB didnt say it will be sorted in next update because he didnt know there was a problem despite you saying (in thread I put link for) that you would inform him and would be sorted in next update (which it wasnt because he wasnt aware of the problem). He also said to show him which I just did.

I looks like I get no connection to phone when using MB but do get connection when using polar on same machine using same cable. I hace code by using polar to read details and mxkey to calc code from imei and MEP read by polar BUT have not unlocked phone with code yet as waiting to test with MicroBox.

I love MicroBox but too many threads in support with title changed to ANSWERED!!!!! or RESOLVED!!!!!! when in fact they NOT answered or resolved only replied to. It seems too many useres are resolving problems by using OTHER boxes or solutions and supported just changing title to resolved.

This is stupid as when users have problems they do "search" and see that need other boxes to resolve problems

I have same problem with 7280 and 8200.I try many hour with this phones and they are not connecting with software.
I think its some problem with software.
This is my opinion.If you search at ,,succesfuly unlocked blackberry and HTC with Micro Box'' you dont find any 7280,7290 or 8200.
I like Micro Box Team but they have to made some changes.

So what is this link? http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f447...solved-905687/ ? user had to use other box and 4 other users with same problem in that thread. By you changing title gives wrong impression that MicroBox resolved the problem WHICH IT STILL HASNT
MicroBox is good tool BUT by doing this you giving it a bad name. IF problem is not solved DONT write solved

I'm sorry if you misunderstand me. I did not say YOU changed it I said SUPPORT changed it. Its strange that MB_code is saying that he didnt know that there was problem yet he changes title in thread where 5 users say they have the same problem and NONE solved the problem with MicroBox.

Please dont feel I'm having a go at you because I'm not, you ALWAYS try to help MB users in anyway you can (even to the extent of giving codes until issue is resolved). I just take exception to brushing problems under carpet rather than admitting there might be one or even accepting it.


Further to my other posts I find that Microbox and MXkey cant read 7290 but Polar and FB readers can so either problem is with type of reader or just certain versions of readers.
