Bought renew 2 years support but not done[SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

I have bought micro box renew 2 years support but not done.
when I calculate alcatel code it giving error support expired.
bought from gsmeasy on 19/10/2017
order ID: 75483
(SG0HG31464E3)

gsmeasy said contact to team

I don't know if can i post box serial here or no.

before I was bought on 7/10/2015 and went everything ok but this time happened this.
also please when you add support add from adding date. if you don't mind.

we have cecked from you serial of "Micro-Box" and result all ok.

I had said you of post Screenshoot, but not one Screenshoot very small and impossible of to read how have posted.

Anyway, i pass to our coder you very small screnshoot and if him have view more good of mine will see where's the problem with you Support.
