Error - reading card atr - error device [SOLVED]

I have a new Microbox which I bought from GSMServer.

I have installed the drivers and attempt to run AIO V 4.0.1.5. When it runs it says Error - reading card atr - error device

When it runs to register I get the following

00:52:55 > REGISTER DONGLE: START!
00:52:56 > MICRO-DONGLE not connected: ERROR!
00:52:56 > REGISTER DONGLE: END!


Please advise what to do ? ( using Win XP)

Install Last drivers, (if not accept in automatic this OLD System XP), install manually, Update last Net Frame and Visual c++.

Good choise is Not use more these Old SO no more supported by Microsoft, all our Drivers have "Microsoft Signature".

I opened the Micro Box and reseated the Smart Card. It now works.

I have Micro Dongle . What can I use it with ?. Which activations are free with the Micro Dongle ?
