For KU990 put the phone in emergency mode and do Read Codes, it will ask you in the middle of this process to replug the phone and will ask about LG Secure Port drivers (download them from support). You can see video tutorials for this model also - check sticky posts.

and when i connect the phone in emergency mode it don t find the phone

is it the good driver ? if not can you give me the links of lg secure drivers

It's exactly what I said, it will ask you about secure port drivers, so maybe you aren't so fast to install them at first read codes but when the software tells you to reconnect the phone go to device manager and install secure port drivers - forced if needed! and then do read codes again and will work like charm.

Your driver isn't installed correctly reinstall secure driver at replug and try again.

i test it in a another shop unlock and i have the same problem

and with the octopus he pass.

We have another way to unlock this phones using our Secure Port driver. You can download it from suppor website in Drivers and you'll find Micro-Box_SECURE_PORT_Driver_2 archive

It's driver problem just today I made one and for sure solution is fully working, what you have to do is to install drivers correctly.

I m sorry but we are 3 unlocker in my towm and we have the same pb .

i actived lg in my z3x qho cost 100$ and i have unlocked the KU990 in 18 sec !!!!

i think that it's not a problem with the drivers .
