HTC AddOn cable not detected by PC [Answered]

Please any one can help me how to use/install the addon cable. I had the cable for a few months and haven't had a chance to use it. now try to use it not work. The PC usb can not detect the cable. how can i test the cable.

if i use my Micro box RJ45 plug points my PC hangs and also some time get to Blue Screen of death other option BOX disconnect it self only if i put the RJ45 plug in the BOX

haven't found any good solution coz now i m not using any phone who want RJ45 plug but HTC cable is RJ45 now i m thinking what will happen if i use it may some one here Help me in that case

Drivers for htc adon are on support also you can watch how to install it video in sticky thread

You have for sure a 3rd party application who is installed and is making conflict in your computer, did you try to reinstall your computer or try on another one to see if the problem persists.

I have try on different computer, but still not detect. I think there is problem will the unit it self. i have open up to see what i can do. I have seen the 2 middle cable with the solder touching each other, so i clean and seperate the the solder apart.
I bought the cable from Ipmart, the solder work was sloopy, not a very good solder job.
Please is there another way to test the unit or i have to send it back to ipmart.

So the supporter don't have any idea how i could fix the cable. So it a bloody waste of money to buy cable that doesn't work and those stupid Ipmart say no warranty for the cable. It will be the last time i buy thing from Ipmart
HTC ADDON CABLE is crappppp.

dmobile1 you don't need to fix the cable coz I bet it's working, you only need to install it correctly and if you don't manage this contact me on sonork and I will do it for you in team viewer.

like i said PC not detect the cable at all, i know about the driver but PC not detect the cable how can i install the driver if it can not be detected.
there must be something wrong with the cable.
PLEASE need to know how to fix the HTC cable.
