HTC cable [Answered]

Hi,
I just bought HTC cable Haddon for Microbox.
And i didnt even tryed to unlock any phone, cause
right now, i dont have any to test, but i was installing
htc cable on my computer, i am using win7 64bits.
I downloaded cable drivers from support and installed it
but i got some error while trying cable maintenance on
microbox software, is this some issue or driver problem?
I post pictures so you can see what i am talking about.

My reseller is Bus-n-Tech Portugal.
So you think this may be hardware problem?

Once you install cables in xp and check,if same think happen,then you should contact to reseller.
