Exclamation HTC Incredible S [Answered]

Hi I tried to unlock HTC Incredible S...But found some problem...

I credit a S58 clean and put it into the phone. Also I made sure the phone is under HTC sync status. The phone's debugging is on. However every time the box checked the root and searched the phone, the timeout error message came out. It asked me to restarting the phone and try again. But still the same after few time attempts.

Could anyone tell me the problem???

You need to close your htc sync.

Thanks for the reply. I have followed the step advised and got the following results

" CHECKING ROOT: NOT ROOTED!

21:00:31 > CHECKING ROOT: OK!
21:01:08 > SENDING LOADER: OK!
21:01:25 > WAITING LOADER ANSWER: ERROR 1018!
21:01:35 > RESTARTING PHONE: OK!
21:01:35 > PHONE NEED TO BE DOWNGRADE! PLEASE WAIT FOR FLASHER!
21:01:35 > HTC INCREDIBLE S UNLOCK: END!

What does it mean the phone needs to be downgraded...??

You should post entire log, and yes if software tells you to downgrade - you need to write in it a lower firmware. If you're not able to di it by yourself wait for flasher.
