PLEASE TEAM HELP ME ON THIS PROBLEM
FIRST I TRIED TO UNLOCG BOOTLOADER THE PROCESS GOES WELL UNTIL I GET THE SCREEN PROMPT TO SELECT YES OR NO TO ULOCK THEN I SELECT YES BUT STILL LOCKED AFTER REBOOT

Hello.

You phone is "encrypted"

Software cannot read bootloader unlock status in most cases.
What do you see in fastboot mode? "UNLOCKED" or "LOCKED" ?

If is LOCKED can try with "Reset Phone" and repeat procedure...hoping that this "Encrypt" will be deleted.

P.D. All Datas you will Lost, so if not want Lost first do a Bkp of all!!!

Hie thanks for reply bootloader shows (LOCKED) i will try reset over and over maybe i will be lucky

Hello, let me know and not worry, this is frequently in M7_Ul and also now in M8_Ul.

If not solve by yourself, contact me in Pm i give you one other solution....but first try Resetting this Htc.
