i want to activate my htc pack in micro-box to unlock android phone is it possible to unlock htc wildfire buzz version android 2.3.3?

No you can't unlock yet this version but you can downgrade it for unlock.

You need to take a ride here first: HTC FAQ

Then you realize you need to write firmware (ROM or whatever) - Go to support and download a firmware which will downgrade your phone.
