I need help [Answered] - GSM-Forum

I bought the Alcatel Ot-990 france (orange) and i came to my country, Turkey.

Firstly, the phone did not work with sim card. It said "enter the network code"... So i wanted to simlock code from france and they gave me a code. I've tried a few times. but i saw on the screen: "incorrect code, incorrect code,incorrect code"...etc

but in an interesting way, phone worked with the sim card after an hour...

my current problem, My phone lost network(it see no network) and now it can't connect on any mobile network.
I have no information for about android phones.

Is there anyone to remotely connect to my computer with teamviewer for solve this problem?

Hi, first of all you unlocked your phone. Now if you can't find network it could be a lot of problems. First verify if switching from airplane mode few times solve the problem else you need to reflash it. If this is not helping dismantle it and verify hardware problems. Micro-Box can't help you here.
