u can unlock the boot loader using HTC dev and unlock can be done free using LGTOOL

Tried Sensation and XE and work perfectly. Xl probably is same as those two. try this first and post the result pls.

Question please. Phone is rooted and S-Off, but h-boot is 1.27.000. Is it possible unlock with pg58 diag ?, get allways error, .......
