3g 'Fog' on display

There is a problem. There Iphone 3g, which is lighted in white. While light is not completely white, as in a fog. After washing with alcohol, the problem goes away for a while (week). Someone came across a similar problem.

As I said, the problem goes away only when the washing board with alcohol. Changing the display to a positive result does not.

Resolder this components if need replace corroded caps resistors as i did.

Replacement of these elements of result didn't give. What possible still actions for repair of this device?
