3G won't wake on incomming call

I have a 3G which had slight water damage, all working now except that incomming calls won't wake the phone.

If the phone is awake, it receives the calls OK.

If the phone is asleep and there is an incomming call, the display never comes on, no vibrate, no ring, but once you wake the phone manually it tells you about a missed call.

Can anyone point me to wake-up interrupt line? I am guessing it goes the the Power Management IC?

Yes, the board has been well cleaned with isopropal alcohol twice, **** dried, then slow baked in the oven.

I had a dead (shorted) capacitor to deal with, a flakey LCD connector to resolder and flickering backlight to fix. I think the wakeup come to the PMU on one of the EXTONx pins, so I'll be looking around that area, since that is also the area that cause the backlight problem.
