3gs which chip to replace ?

hi dear friends i have iphone 3gs briked with ipad baseband, i have changed the sram on board , but phone still no wifi etc ...


which chip i need to change to get imei, wifi etc after baseband corrupt, is the baseband prosesor the good one ?

thanks bro but the logic board posted on photo its 3g , i need 3gs i recently changed this chip marked on picture but phone still without imei , wifi etc ...

IN THE PICTURE YOU HAVE POSTED THE CHIP MARKED ITS SRAM ( NUMONYX ) 16MB NOR , SAME AS I CHANGED ON 3GS BUT I DONT KNOW REALLY WHERE THE BASEBAND ( FIRMWARE ) IS STORED

Bro, you need to change the chip to the left of him. In the pic it's called Baseband Processor.

Friend it is same location of BB Flash in 3GS replace it but remember to not put a flash that ends with EH but with EE or oldest one made by Espansion.
This is new flash that ends with EH they are damaged by ipad bb.
If you replace only BB Flash imei will be default if you want to fix this replace also BB CPU from same board.

thanks a lot bro i will try and post results but even after change the EE flash ic i dont have imei , wifi, etc maybe i have melted the solder of the bb cpu also i will change and post the final result , thanks for help

no wifi and no bt and no modem means the BB chip is not working. Reflow and post here.

Yes friend possible BB CPU need reball some people reported that they put like you BB Flash with EE and not helped,i also replace some days back an EH to EE and nothing i didn't try to reball BB CPU i return it back customer want cheap but i can't do so much work cheap.
