3GS dead while sensor connektor replace

someone would to replce the sensor connektor, but the phone is dead.

no usb,itunes...

what happened?

Have you checked the connector 3 pads? what happened? was it working before connector was removed?

The pads is clear, no short. (you can see the first picure)

I don't know, before working or not. (The seller say working...)

Possible you used too much heat and now touch ic have shorted balls if so need reball to solve be careful near is cpu it could become even more dead.

Chk at C30_AP after you pres power button if 1.2V is present then problem is not U11_AP if voltage missing or low then this ic is the problem you will need to replace it.

I checked the C30_AP both 2 pins and the gnd, but nothing...

that is the problem?

can i short this ic, or only i can replace this?

can i buy this ic?
