3gs no power no charge Water damaged logic board. Cleaned with Acetone and assembled into a working iphone case. No power, no charge. Please give me a step by step test guide. I can see pictures and half steps mixed up all over the site. But no complete list of no power no charge diagnosing steps. So where should I check first? Remember USB cable, doc connector, battery and screen etc are PERFECT.

I have tried checking voltage from the L9 coil two points. point closest to the bottom reads around 5.6v point at the top reads 3.66v When i remove the charger they both read 0v there is short/beep between main green fuse and the charging circuit. What else should I check with the multimeter to narrow things down a bit. I was told this logic board had water damage and DID power on with no backlight. When I received it, the board did not power on

5.6v from closest to side of phone I meant, and 3.66 from furtherest away from side of phone. still can't get it to power up. Getting another phone that has everything working apart from no signal, so i'll put the board in a phone with a charged battery and see if it powers up
