What is the history of that phone? Water damage?

This pin is pin30 and belongs to the pp2v8_cam_avdd line.

In this line there are four caps.

Three of them (C171, C332 and C193) are on the top side of pcb near the camera connector. The fourth is on the other side of the pcb next to U5 (pmic). It is C278. Did you also check this cap?

Edit:
For testing you can also remove L36 near the connector to split the line. If short is gone, it's C278 or pmic, if short is still there, must be C171, C332 or C193.
