4S Schematic question

Hi All...learning here, trying to troubleshoot a baseband error. I want to check voltage into U18_RF, U1001_RF, etc. etc.

How? Real question is...What are the numbers that are next to the lines in the schematics? I would post a photo, but I can't yet.

Example...on the schematic, on the VREG_MSME line in, the numbers are:
25 24 23 22 21 20

What do those numbers mean? Sorry, have searched, and everyone is talking about getting voltage numbers, but for U18_RF, I can't figure out what capacitor I should read in order to get that voltage.

Thanks in advance, and if anyone knows a "Read this first" thread explaining the ins and outs of a schematic, please let me know.

Eric
