Member: 1837778 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Verify Iphone 4s GSM blue signal coil? This fixed 4S worked excellent on Straight Talk for 2-3 weeks and then suddenly went to searching/No Service. I have inspected each circuit and antennae connectors that has been referenced for signal and all 'look' good. I see the blue coil is a common cause for this issue on Iphone 4 and while mine 'looks' good is there any way to test if this is the cause or not using voltmeter? Any other suggestions? I have refreshed the iphone software and also updated iOS but this has not helped. The Straight Talk sim instantly worked fine in my Iphone 4 and a working AT&T sim was tried in this 4S but same result, 'Searching...' or 'No Service'. I just want to verify if it is something like the IC (which I am not advanced enough to mess with) or something simple I can repair (even if it 'looks' fine). Thank you. |
