where the location of this ic ???? in the backside of board or in the frontside near the lcd connector ???

Hi, i replaced the screen on my iphone 5c and it works fine for 10 minutes after that it opens always the same app, to fix i put to sleep and wake up and works again for 10 minutes do you think i have to replace the touch ic? Thanks in advance.

what was the problem before u change the screen?

Get your phone checked by a repair man. If you still can't find the problem then you can use another iPhone 5c screen replacement to check.

ok back up ur information and restore ur phone and see if its doing it again or not.
if it did, connect the motherboard to a screen and battery and turn it on.
after 10 min wen it start doing it, check the motherboard to see with ic or parts are getting hot. that's where u have the short

Can confirm that heating the baseband at 300 degrees for 20 seconds worked. Thank you Chaps.

Thank you, one of my customer has the same problem and replacing the touch IC (black one) did solve the problem.
