5s after change baseband,HDD,...error 3194 - GSM-Forum

5s locked icloud i try remove HDD,Baseband,Imei chip 8pin
and than i take HDD,Baseband,Imei chip 8pin from iphone 5 for replace
than restore 10.2.1 with itune got error 3194.
what problem? pls help me all user .

You can't replace 5s chips using 5 parts
If that was a typo, check the HDD

after formart HDD and write SN with Navi pro 3000 and replace back
restore still got error 3194.

Well did you use 5s from 5s trio, or 5 to 5s ? If 5 to 5s then that's the problem
