6+ pulling .50 and rebooting

Hey everyone. I have a iPhone 6+ for data recovery. It had some water damage and corrosion near the camera connector. It also had a little bit near the NAND.
I cleaned it and removed all caps that looked shorted.
I currently get no signs of life but it does pull .50 amps and it reboots.
I checked 1.8v, 3v those are present. Vcc has no short.
Any ideas?

Check U2 (Tristar) and Tigres (Charge IC)
0.50 current means something is bad near CPU
