Question A8 CPU bga transplant to new board


Hello,

My IPhone 6 has broken trails and bought a new board, but I have a question about the transplant of the A8 CPU, this has 2 parts and i realy need to remove the top section or i can remove the complet CPU ?
And sorry but what is the good temperature and air speed to remove and soldering the components with the liquid soldering flux ?
