I have 1 iphone6 like this too.
Wifi not working, bluetooth not working, powers off after about 2 minutes even with settings changed to never timeout. Strangely, it will stay on if connected to itunes.
Help?

Addtional info, it seems like its not waking from sleep after about 2 mins, home or pwr button doesnt wake it, plugging it into charger doesnt wake it. The only thing that gets it going again after it jams into this state is power+home button reset. If it was powered off then holding down pwr btn should start it but it doesnt. If I disconnect battery and then reconnect, I can start it with pwr button or charger plugin.
Wifi is greyed out, bluetooth tries but gets nothing.
Have not tried reflow wifi IC yet based on OP saying it has not fixed this issue.
Strange thing is it works fine waking from home and pwr btn and charger for the 2 minutes or so before it jams off. And stranger that it works fine for over 1hours if plugged into itunes - USB activity keeping it from jamming?
Happened after one of my techs changed the IP6 screen...apparently
No damage to anything around connectors, inspected under microscope
Phone is on iOS8.4
Weird. Help!
