attempting to reball iPhone 4 Audio compiler Epoxy ??

Hello Everyone could someone guide me in this process i need to know what are you all using to remove the black epoxy on the iPhone 4 boards so i can safely remove the audio compiler and also what will be a safe temperature to do so. your help will be greatly appreciated.

You can find on youtube how to remove glued BGAs, there plenty good videos there.

Precaution:
Reflow before Reball?

i have watched a lot of videos on you tube but i wanted to see what you all are using and what temperatures are used

i also found this BGA IC Epoxy Glue Remover CellPhone chip clean BGA IC adhesive removing liquid but have no clue as to how to use it or if it even works.
