Question Backlight ok but no picture iPhone 5C

Strange, this customer's device came back and the thing has no picture but backlight works. Tried multiple new screen assemblies and all the same thing. The device works and turns on since I can sync to the computer and it asks me to allow syncing on the device, which I obviously can't.

Looked at the board under the microscope but don't see anything on top. Any ideas of what could be damaged?

How do you guys remove the back shield like that? It's soldered on. I'm assuming with a hot air gun?

Tested the capacitor for continuity and it works. Still removed it just in case and now the backlight doesn't even come on. Device still syncs to computer.

Any other ideas?

So, I figured out that not only does the LCD not work, but the touchscreen too. So the whole screen assembly doesn't work. Tried multiple new screens, both colors, and none work. I hooked the device up to a projector using the Apple video cable and it shows the unlock screen. So device is working perfectly, just no touch or LCD.

Anyone have any clue to where else on the motherboard this could be causing the issue?

This is related to antenna.

LCD connector is in perfect condition. I even removed the black tape and nothing was out of place.

No liquid damage at all. All indicators pure white.
