Member: 2277386 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Baseband ic iphone geting hot while update To day I try to repair iPhone 5 with error 27 . And after update firmware connect with iTunes, I touch each ICs on logic board. And finally I found baseband ic that so hot. I pull cable from USB to logic board. Any one have repair experience with my problem? Please help me. Should I replace ic or some things else? Thank you |
