This board had PMIC hot and U1001 hot (near dock fpc). After U1001 removed and replaced, phone got WiFI and BB back to normal, phone working fine again. IC has crack in glue, because phone got droped on floor by customer. Use drop of gasoline and push IC to see if there are any cracks in glu under IC.
