Member: 1996518 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 15 | Best method for removing iPhone 5 U12 touch ic Got an iphone5 here which had broken touch tracks due to a too long screw from LCD metal bracket. Repaired the tracks but touch is not working. I get 15ohm reading at C370, so vcore pin from u12 is short. Anyone knows how to remove u12 with hot air - temperatures e.g. ? Regards |
