Boots only to Apple with No3 flex connected - GSM-Forum

I replaced the No 3 connector (3GS) which went quite smoothly but when trying it out it wIll only boot as far as the Apple logo.
Disconnecting the flex it will boot as normal.
I tried another screen even though I new the previous was fine on another phone but it is just the same, boot to Apple logo with flex connected and normal boot, phone fully fuctioning without.

I have had this before, you may need to replace fpc3 as it could be faulty

As I said I have replaced con.3 and checked for shorts. Flex cables work fine in other phones. Thanks anyway

got to be the fpc, must be a problem with somewhere..
