Correct way to change touch ic??


Hi, i tried to reballed the touch ic in 3 to 4 iphone 5s n 5c . After reballing the ic when i solder the ic back to the phone, touch doesnt work.i tried on 3 to 4 phones but same problem. I dont know where i m making mistake. If anyone can tell me what is correct way to change the ic.
Pls note i m reballing the ic i m not replacing it with new one.

too much heat can damage all, so you need a "fast work" , BETTER cover other ic near your work area with some coin or metal . i use 2 euros coin for cover others components
