CPU Chip upside down iPhone 6?

Hi there. I just got this iPhone 6 back after I sold it to a guy on ebay. He has sent it back broken but I don't think it is the same board.

I noticed the CPU is upside down? apple facing downwards? Is this normal? I have 5 donor boards here and none of them are like that?

Also as soon as I plug it into battery it immediately pulls 0.2 amp??? Without pressing the on button? doesn't do that on any working boards I have.

yes its normal
dont look at the apple image, search for orientation dot
orientation dot should be in the same place on every CPU

On the "upside-down" board you'll also notice that some of the caps next to the CPU are different from other boards too. Different board identification numbers too. Possibly a later run from the manufacturer?
