Damaged iPhone 5 error 1600 and 2009


Hello. I bought a damaged iphone 5 which is stucked in DFU mode, when i try to restore in iTunes it shows error 1600, i tried with different cables and other computers. I tried also to restore it without the display and itunes shows error 2009.

though check battery connector pin1 and pin4 for short. but as i know error 1600 is RAM error

I also inspected these two cables in the image below that are on the motherboard and I found one broken. Do you know what these cable are for? Maybe this is the problem. Thank you.

i ahve same problem with iphone 5s i turn on but it goes off after 5 sec or less and when i plug phone to pc it say phone needs to be restored i didnt enter dfu or recovery but it says so i clicked restore and i got 2009 error anyone can help ?
