| Did you ever seen this? Trying to remove A4 CPU...used paint remover and nitro for remove epoxy but not much success....however this part went away, the other half is still attached. Do you think CPU is still good?  |

| but why CPU have two halfs soldered together? what are their function?however need to check some pads, maybe they are dummy, but some pad lifted  usually only NC pads lifted, but not sure :S |

| however, how do you restore pads with copper dot in the middle?no track visible, only the dot in the middle that indicate that track is under the layer :S need to repair a couple of iphone 4 with that problem please help mate |
