fone fell now not turning on or connecting to pc dead phone.what can i do when it doesnt connect

First check the connector, try to charge the phone with original charger. Then try using DFU mode to re-connect with your PC, if you heard the connecting sound then it's may be repair, if nothing happen, must be disassemble your phone to check hardware or bring it to the service if you are end-user!

Open and check for broken or cracked ribbon cables. Check for any loose or missing capacitors. You may need to reflow, which is difficult due to the glue so I would not attempt if you have no experience (Buy an Xbox 360 for practice ).
