are you sure use ORIGINAL cable? are you sure use usb port directly from board?, not use usb hub or ports front panel.
put iphone first in dfu mode and then select restore

also i've tried restore it on another pc .. same error 3194
at the exact stage of restore process (the last quarter) ..
i just can't post links or photos now to show you.
i remember when i was on 6.1.3 i had another problem with this phone ..
it doesn't restore with original IPSWs i was always getting (-1) error .. and after a lot of searching the solution i've found is to restore it with Custom IPSW .. so i made a custom 6.1.3 with Sn0wbreeze and it worked fine .. i've tried to make it with iFaith but it was also getting (-1) error .. only with sn0wbreeze worked.
i don't know what is the matter with this phone .. i just need help.

UPDATE: i've fixed my device and now it's working fine ..
the solution is to downgrade to ios6 .. it wasn't possible to downgrade till yesterday .. and it's only for IPhone 4 .. not 4s or any other device.
so now you can downgrade to ios6 if you have the SHSH file for 6.1.3 or 6.1.2 only.

just search for

How To Downgrade iOS 7 To iOS 6 (6.1.3 / 6.1.2)

and you will find it on redmondpie

regards.
