Hi

Remove Front Camera Flex from mainboard and Flash it.You must change the
Front Camera Flex by Original. Error 4013 is from Camera.

No baseband chipid reported you understand?Check voltage and reported us.Remove all flex from motherboard and try reflash.If you have still error than check voltage to baseband chip.If voltage to low or not than problem with short cap or voltage regulator ic.

My mistake...

I was trying to debug de 4013, and when I disconnected all flex I got the other error, At this point I thought: I bypassed the 4013 error, But I was wrong, I just got this new error and I thought it was a second, just that it became the first.

After Y solved the 2009 error by changing the phone to a different usb port I got the 4013 error Again

so am in the same place (beginning) and I am also reading the baseband error in the logs.

SOLVED!

I dismantled the phone and clean the PCB with alcohol for a long time on UltraSound Cleaner machine.
Phone is now running 7.1.2, just restored.

This worked for me, I dont know if it will work for others, but you can give it a try !
perhaps some dust were sit under Baseband chip shorting it or something.

@tuvinh599
post your solutions in thread, so others can test it and comment in the community...

Thanks button is just there...

my friend your problem may be NAND getting low power check the side of U4 capacitor current for 1000ma ,3vI/O and at top of U4 500ma,1.8. If recovery progress bar stuck at 0% or 5% problem is NAND

The most common problem causing this error is an bad proximity cable. Try changing this cable but before installing a new one, restore the iphone to the latest iOS and then install the new proximity cable. For most people having this problem it worked.
