Anyone seen this before ??? error 4013 after upgrading to ios 7, I have 2 Iphone 5 With the same problem !!

Check iTunes logs:
win7- C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\AppleComputer\ Logs
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Updater Logs

winXP- C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\Logs
C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes\iPhone Updater Logs

Last lines can explain the problem.
Have you tried update on another computer?
I had a 4012 error and it was coused by errors at the windows registry. On another computer it worked perfectly

Yes i already tried on different Pc ... the Same Error happened

Ok, check logs and paste (if it is accptable) here couple last lines.
Check also CrashReporter files (in the Logs directory).
Before updating phones worked normally?

is 4013 the same as the -1 ?

Have you got a newest iTunes version?
Both phones worked normally before updating?
Have you tried dowload iOS 6.1.3 and restore "manually" (with shift key)?

Yesterday i have updated to latest iTunes and now trying to upgrade a 4S i have an error 4014 (before it was -1 so i think is the same)

Yes man .. Everything was Normal .. I think is the same Error as -1

Move or rename hosts file (c:\windows\drivers\etc). Change the cable. Try to restore manually

I cant restore 3GS please look in log

[VFL:ERR] VFL_ReadBBT(wCS:1)(line 1753) fail!
[WMR:ERR] VFL_Open failed
AppleNANDLegacyFTL::start: AND init failed
NAND driver status = failed
NAND driver status indicates failure

Error 40 I cant fix.

You sure that hardware is ok? Was this phone dropped? You can try hint with hosts file. If it isn't hardware problem that means iTunes can't connect to apple update server. Check also your firewall settings.
