Failed to change SN of an iPad Air

Hello everyone,

I am confused regarding this iPad Air that is driving me crazy!

Ok, hereis the sketch:
- i changed the old SN (SN, WIFI, BT) into the new one, and tried to activate!
while doing this i am supposed to get the iPad unlocked but unfortunatlly the iCloud lock remains,

- Checked the SN, i found that the original one (locked) remains it didn't change,

- I put the MB into the Naviplus and read the data, the naviplus gave me that the ipad is using the new SN!!!

puting the ipad into recovery, then reading the SN, the original one is displaying

And this is confusing

- i restored the ipad manytimes from recovery, from DFU,

Conclusion
The reading : From the PC the OLD SN
: From the Naviplus THE NEW unlocked SN

Note : I am using Naviplus version 1.1308 and IPAD4/5 adapter. Tried with an iPad 4 everything goes well!

Did anyone experienced the same thing? Did Apple patched the new OS or changed the location of the SN? i am using the 12.1.1

Thanks for your help

maybe can to be useful : yesterday i've unlock ipad air model A1475 so cellular version .
my solution for this without nand remove : i removed resistor as as was done in previous versions of ios , purchase new serial and write with easy adapter 56 , put ipad in dfu and restore using itunes ,done.
Relock immediately with my icloud account to make sure the new serial can not be placed again

I also know this error but in Naviplus do not support some numbers of nand but try with IP box v2th to write the new serial number

Sure if back resistore ipad need restore and not activate until you back original SN, but in reasons apple can lock Nand to rewrite some blocks address in iphone and ipad after update ios, apple can do that and maybe your nand number not support
