Hardware iCloud bypass - what chips?

Hello,

I'm new to this forum and I found few topics about unlocking iCloud on iPads.
I saw some posts/videos on the internet about unlocking iPhone 5/5S (I don't want to do the 6 because of Touch ID error).

My question is: if I change these 3 chips (nand flash+baseband proc+baseband mem) on iPhone 5S (I guess - memory chip, baseband CPU + another baseband chip) it will work.

So is possible to buy these 3 chips seperatly? Did anyone try it? I'm thinking about buying from somewhere these 3 chips but not from one phone they will be from different suppliers. Is possible to change them?

Thank you!
Michal

The ic's MUST already have been programmed, i.e, have serial number, matching set from a broken board, so unless you have some programming tool for the new ic's, used is best.
I done a iphone 5 today.

Ok, thanks. May I ask where shall I buy them? Is possible to order somewhere 3 paired chips or I have to find iPhones and take it out from them?
Thanks
