Help finding charge ic on ipad 4

can someone guide me to find the charging ic on the ipad 4
because ipad works but when battery drain it will not charge.

When battrey drain mean you see batt indication if empty batt (logo batt for charger)?if you have full charger batt your ipad cannot turn on?

I cannot see anything when i plug charger to ipad
when i put a fresh new battery in, it powers up and works fine.but only when it drain
i can't charge it no battery icon, the screen is blank can you tell me which is U2 ic
for ipad 4? like with the iphone 5

Same as iphone5 U2 ic, but for ipad4 logic board or schematic its name "U5900". chek it out in schematic.
