Help with missing/damaged wifi component

I`ve got an iphone 4s which has no wifi , i`ve had a look inside and noticed this small white component damaged and half of it broken off.

Does anyone know what it`s called and can it be replaced at all.

thanks

Yes. This can be replaced. Check to make sure the board still has solder pad remaining, it should have some gold on, if it is all pink that means it can't be put back on, if there is gold remaining then can be solders back on, if you can't do take to shop, not too expensive.

Btw when this is danaged your wifi should be greyed out.

If you have no replacement, you can use a fine wire its FL10_RF.
