As I Know

Serial No. is in NAND can edit by some tools.
IMEI is in EEPROM dont know this one can edit also.
What's in BB Cpu that need to chang for synchonize with NAND and EEPROM ?

I start this thread because some shop here can do that but offcause he dont need to share to us.
