how to remove iphone 4s black resin on ic?

hi i have iphone 4s ear speaker and mic not working i try to change audio ic but the black glue is so hard is different from iphone 4 in iphone 4 i heat the glue with 250 and i remove the resin but in iphone 4s its so hard not removed i try to heat the ic with 300 and its seem not removed any one have idea?

sorry mate i've never had a 4s, but for iphone 4 i use to preheat and heat the bga with air wand, then use the smallest needle i have to scrape the glue off....tried lot of chemicals without success

Is a special solution made for BGA adhesive glue on the ic chip. Apply a little bit around the chip and use a tiny bit of heat and scrap the glue off
