How to seperate the LCD and Glass without damage!!

i have currently found a way to seperate the LCD and the glass on an iphone 4 undamaged and still works perfectly. its a machine that cost about $1500.

i figure it may be a good investment. if i can use the LCDs of my previous repairs to glue to new glass panels i can save alot of money in the long run.

but thats just the problem. How do i glue or stick the 2 back together?? does anyone know what kind of product is used for the process?? or a similar product that will work instead??

any leads or advice is greatful.

Hi, don't waste your money on a machine, it can be done by hand, and a hairdryer! look on YouTube videos, use any glue that is kind to plastic, What sort of machine are you meaning?

its conductive tape have glued both side.
it works only after the tape is pasted perfectly.
the same tape is used to fix the display flex with the display glass.

im sorry can you go into detail more. Are you talking about what apple uses to fuse the LCD to the glass in the factory?

ive done some research and im guessing its impossible to put the 2 back together, because you need a "Dust Free" enviroment, and a 3 machine assembly line.

my sources say that to fuse the iphone's LCD to the glass. first a small drop is put on the lcd by 1 machine, then the next puts the digitizer on in the correct position, then one more takes the bubbles out and seals it completely? im not sure if that last part is right but thats just what im informed of.

and for the others who say this machine does not work. thats not true. There is a complete video on how its done and what it does to seperate the 2. the machine uses heated wires that wedge their way between the LCD and glass and you use a manual wheel to control it.

but people please note this thread was not to talk about the machine. im looking for a product i can use to put the LCD back onto a new touch screen panel. should i use just 2mm double sided tape along the ende of the LCD??

all i gotta say, is if the iphone 5 is compatable with this machine IM BUYING IT..
